II. Delivery Scope:
- HDD will deliver within the committed time frame for orders placed nationwide.
A. Within the inner city:
Most orders at thitbowagyu.com are processed within 2-3 hours or on the next business day. Payment options: E-banking, Vnpay, Momo, or Cash on Delivery (COD) Note: The inner city includes districts within Ho Chi Minh City (except for Cu Chi, Hoc Mon, Binh Chanh, Can Gio). Refer to the Shipping Fee table for inner city areas of Ho Chi Minh City.
- Minimum order value of 100,000 VND
Shipping Fee for Districts 1, 3, 5, 11 is only 19,000 VND. Support 50% of the Shipping Fee for other inner city districts (up to a maximum of 40,000 VND per order).
- Free inner city shipping for:
Orders over 700,000 VND. Within a 5km radius or for the first order. When purchasing 2 orders together (with different recipient information).
B. Interprovincial and Nationwide Delivery:
Depending on the distance and delivery time to ensure the quality of the products when reaching consumers, the shop will carefully package and may incur additional charges (such as foam boxes, gel packs, or dry ice). Customers are advised to carefully check the goods before receiving them, as exchange is not applicable for imported meat products. For convenience, customers may arrange their own freight (with freight collect and goods inspection). Shipping to provinces & nationwide:
